A note from Transactis.

No matter where you are in the world, the spread of COVID-19 has impacted each of us, becoming a part of our new reality. Each day brings new changes and challenges that affect how we live in our communities and operate our businesses. As we continue to closely monitor these events as they unfold, we’re taking important steps to protect the health and wellbeing of our employees while maintaining the same level of service for our clients.

Transactis is a part of the Mastercard family and we want you to know that we are all here for you. Like you, we are experiencing the profound effects of this situation. We believe it is important to continue to manage through these difficult times for our employees, our friends, our families, our communities, our partners, and the businesses we serve.

Services and solutions:

Our technology is used by businesses every day to deliver bills and accept secure payments electronically. This remains unchanged, even in these unprecedented times. We recognize the financial impact on companies of all sizes causing significant limitations on cash flow and restricting the manual processes typically required to deliver bills, receive payments or take payments from customers over the phone. Transactis’ electronic bill presentment and payment services automates these functions to help businesses better serve customer needs now and throughout this crisis and beyond.

We want to empower businesses by enabling the technological solutions that help customers make payments quickly and easily online or through the phone via our automated interactive voice response (IVR) solution. In addition, our solutions allow businesses to provide customized payment plans to customers, giving them the ability to pay down balances on their accounts over time, reducing their immediate financial burden.

As companies of all sizes face cash flow needs, we want to help businesses navigate these challenges together. Transactis is now offering a start-up acceleration program through our partner network to reduce the costs for new businesses and making it easier to add our electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) services.

Our commitment to the community:

In these trying times, we are looking for ways to help improve the situation around the world and all our efforts count. Mastercard announced its partnership with The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Wellcome by donating up to $125 million to speed up the identification, development and provide access to therapies for COVID-19. We invite you to join our effort to find a solution to this unprecedented situation by giving to the COVID-19 Therapeutics Accelerator Fund.

Our commitment to you, our customers and partners, and to our employees, has never been stronger. While we monitor how the situation evolves around the world, we are anticipating and reacting to changes with the agility needed to adapt to the rapidly changing environment, while leveraging the practices and processes we have put in place over the years. We look forward to working together to address this situation and are confident that we will emerge from this challenge even stronger, together.

Stay safe and be healthy.
