BillMail
Transactis BillMail® is the preeminent e-mail bill presentment and payment solution.

As far back as 2002, Bank Technology News showed that 76% of consumers wanted to view their bills from within their e-mail - and this was before they knew that they could also securely pay their bill in the e-mail itself. As a simple and secure solution appealing to the less tech-savvy consumer who uses e-mail but may not pay bills electronically. BillMail complements your current web- based e-bill program; it does not replace it.

BillMail is not simply an e-mail reminder with a hotlink back to a website but, instead, delivers full bill detail into the customer's in-box and allows the customer to pay, securely, within the e-mail as well. Most companies have already satisfied their electronic payment capabilities, but 50% or fewer of most biller's customers have had their paper bills turned off. BillMail helps enhance the forgotten yet very important "other "P" in "EBPP," Presentment, helping you increase your paper suppression rates, reduce your bill presentment costs - postage, paper and printing - reduce days sales outstanding (DSOs) and increase customer self-service. BillMail can also be an easy way to deliver full bill detail to your direct debit (EFT) customers, helping to allow you turn off their paper bills.

The Electronic BillStuffer

Upon pressing the pay button within BillMail the consumer immediately gets a pop-up receipt, followed by two e-mailed receipts, giving the consumer an electronic paper trail that helps them feel comfortable with paper suppression. These receipts can be saved within the consumer's in-box, on the hard drive or printed out. They are also the biller's chance to create targeted up-sell and cross-sell messaging.
